Clarity in the Classroom: Observer Feedback

Yesterday I had my feedback session for my second reading video observation.  One of my inquiry foci has been based on Michael Absolum's Clarity in the Classroom text.  Below is the rubric in which I was marked against.  My first observation was in term 2 and is shown by the yellow highlighter and black next steps.  My second observation is reflected with the pink highlighter and green next steps.  As can be seen, I have made significant growth in my teaching of reading and around how students learn, how they are going to learn it, and how they know when they have been successful.
