Reflecting on Practice:

 

3 Key fence post questions.

 

* Principles of Reflection

- What's happening?

- What's not happening?

- What can I do to influence what's not happening?

 

* Keep asking the same 3 questions so you can make connections and get a full understanding.  Start to see patterns, changes, movements, problems etc.

 

Aim: try and make reflection and inquiry habitual practice.  The more I reflect and ask questions, the more I will reflect and develop my teaching practice.
